Entry-Level / Intern Construction Assistant Needed for AI-Assisted Damage Assessments (India Only)
We are are looking for a tech-savvy intern or entry-level professional to assist us with desktop damage assessment reports for residential repair projects.
You do not need years of industry experience for this role. If you have a basic understanding of construction terminology (such as a civil engineering student or recent graduate) and are highly proficient with AI tools to streamline your workflow, we want to hear from you. We will provide guidance on our specific estimating and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in desktop assessments of residential property damage using provided data, notes, and imagery.
Helping draft scopes of work and damage assessment reports.
Formatting financial data according to our internal guidelines (such as baking cost escalations directly into line items depending on the specific claim type).
Using AI and automation tools to speed up data processing, refine prompts, and generate clean documentation.
Requirements:
Location: Must be based in India (strict requirement).
Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of or interest in construction, civil engineering, or architecture. Students and fresh graduates are welcome!
Tech & AI Savvy: Highly comfortable using AI tools and prompt engineering to work smarter and faster.
Detail-Oriented: A strong willingness to learn and follow strict formatting rules.
Communication: Good written English skills for drafting reports.
