Construction supervisor

I'm looking for a reliable construction supervisor to help me oversee an ongoing commercial construction project. I do not require the construction supervisor to provide materials, however I do need them to manage a team of workers. I'm looking for an experienced professional who has worked in similar roles before, to ensure a quality outcome for my project. Please include relevant references/samples of work in your application.
