Need a Project Management Resource on-site in Greater Noida for 6 to 8 months.
Core Responsibilities
Project Planning: Developing detailed plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Stakeholder Management: Serving as the main liaison between the client, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, facilitating communication.
Execution Oversight: Monitoring daily progress, managing risks, ensuring quality, and resolving conflicts.
Contract & Procurement: Assisting with tender analysis, contract finalization, and vendor management.
Reporting: Providing regular updates on performance, costs, and potential issues.
Quality & Safety: Ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or related fields.
Experience: Proven track record in managing large, complex projects.
Certifications: PMP or similar certifications are often preferred.
Skills: Leadership, communication, risk management, budget control, problem-solving, and proficiency with PM software
