Virtual Assistant For Construction Firm Monthly Ongoing
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m looking to bring on a reliable virtual assistant who can take full ownership of my day-to-day admin so I can stay focused on running a busy construction business. Each month you’ll be the first point of contact for new leads and existing clients, keeping my calendar organised, my inbox at zero, and every prospect nurtured until they’re safely booked in.
Your core responsibilities are straightforward: coordinate appointments, manage two email accounts, and follow up with customers who need quotes, site-visit reminders or progress updates. We currently run everything through Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, so you’ll need to be comfortable switching between those platforms and keeping them perfectly in sync.
Because our projects involve contractors, suppliers and on-site crews, prior experience with construction terminology and the typical project flow will make you far more effective. If you already understand the difference between a rough-in and a final walk-through—or at least can learn it quickly—you’ll fit right in.
Success for this role means my diary is always accurate, every email receives a timely, professional response, and no lead slips through the cracks. This is a long-term, month-to-month arrangement, so consistency and clear communication are essential.
When you apply, please highlight any similar work you’ve done in the construction field and let me know your preferred working hours in my timezone (GMT+10). Looking forward to finding the right person to keep our operations running smoothly. I need a price for monthly service ongoing
