Urgent Civil Site Engineer Sourcing
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a recruiter who can quickly line up civil site engineers for an ongoing industrial build at Harohalli Industrial Area, Bangalore. Each candidate must hold at least a B.E. in Civil Engineering (diploma holders with strong profiles are a secondary option) and bring 2–5 years of hands-on experience on industrial projects; commercial exposure is welcome but not essential. Immediate joiners only.
A submission counts only when:
• you have personally screened the engineer,
• the engineer confirms genuine interest in the role, and
• the engineer appears for an in-person interview at our office / site.
Simply forwarding CVs will not be accepted.
Please tell me in your bid:
• how many interview-ready engineers you can produce within seven days,
• your fee structure, and
• the replacement period you offer for any hires who do not join.
The assignment is complete once the agreed number of candidates attend their interviews within the one-week window.
