Unpriced Wall BOQ in CostX
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need an unpriced Bill of Quantities that covers wall works only and is produced directly in CostX. You will receive a full set of detailed design drawings; some of the wall materials are already noted, and where information is missing you may make reasonable, clearly-stated assumptions.
The job is strictly limited to walls—no floors, ceilings, or ancillary items—so the take-off inside CostX should reflect that scope. I will review measurement sheets inside the native CostX file, so please keep all dimensions traceable and tag each wall type consistently.
Deliverables
• CostX project file with complete wall take-off
• Excel or PDF export of the unpriced BOQ, structured by ANZSMM only.
• Short assumption log specifying any materials or construction details you had to infer
The work is considered complete once quantities reconcile with the drawings and every assumption is documented.
