I need an experienced construction contract management or quantity surveying professional to complete a university-level individual report for a subject called BLDG3015 – Contract Management. The task involves financial analysis and reporting for a commercial construction project (Sesame Shopping Centre in Penrith, NSW), using the AS4000-1997 General Conditions of Contract.
The report includes the following:
Task 1 – Progress Claim Preparation (15 marks)
• Prepare Progress Claim No. 9 using provided data: % completed for each trade, variations, provisional sums, unfixed materials on- and off-site, etc.
• Demonstrate compliance with the NSW Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999.
• Explain required supporting documentation for a payment claim.
Task 2 – Cash Flow Forecasting (11 marks)
• Prepare a cash flow table and S-curve based on project financials:
• $13.6M contract sum
• 15-month duration + 12-month defect liability
• Retention (10% cap)
• Advance payments and recovery schedule
Task 3 – Variation Valuation (10 marks)
