The project calls for an accurate, professional estimate for a full traffic-bearing waterproofing membrane package. I will supply the drawings and specifications; your task is to translate them into a clear, line-item breakdown that shows:

• Material costs – membranes, primers, aggregates, sealants, ancillary supplies
• Labour costs – crew size assumptions, hours, production rates
• Project duration – realistic schedule from surface prep through final topcoat cure

The finished estimate should arrive in a structured Excel or estimating-software export that I can slot straight into my bid, with concise notes on any assumptions or clarifications you make along the way.

Please apply only if you have verifiable experience preparing traffic membrane take-offs and costings; I will prioritise messages that briefly outline similar projects you’ve priced before and the tools you used (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff).
