Tower MEP Quantity Survey & BOQ
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I’m finalising the tender package for a high-rise tower and need a complete MEP quantity survey that rolls straight into a bill of quantities. The scope must cover every Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting element shown on the latest IFC drawings and specifications.
You will receive the full drawing set (PDF and DWG), schematic schedules, and any design narratives already issued. From those, I need an accurate take-off for pipework, ducting, cabling, containment, equipment, fittings, supports, and all associated accessories—no allowances, only measured quantities referenced back to the drawing or detail you took them from.
Deliverables
• An editable Excel BOQ, clearly split by system (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting), specification section, floor/zone, item description, unit, and quantity.
• A brief assumptions sheet capturing any clarifications made during measurement.
• Marked-up drawings (Bluebeam, PDF, or Navisworks redlines) showing where each quantity was derived, so the numbers can be spot-checked quickly.
Acceptance criteria
1. Totals reconcile with the marked-up drawings.
2. Units follow the project specification (m, m², m³, kg, ea).
3. No duplicated or missing items when cross-checked against the schematic
