Texas PE Go-Kart Site Plan
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
A temporary go-kart track already sits on an approved parking lot, yet the city has asked for a separate site-permit package before operations can continue. I need a Texas-licensed Civil Engineer to turn our material into a stamped plan set that answers every municipal comment.
What I will hand over the moment we start:
• My original draft civil plan.
• The city’s written feedback covering safety measures, regulatory compliance, and design improvements.
• Photos and sketches of the existing installation, including the barriers and railings, emergency exits, and safety signage that are already on-site.
Your task is to study that information, verify the applicable local codes, and prepare a full permit-ready site plan—cover sheet, existing/proposed layout, grading or drainage notes if required, traffic circulation, construction details, and any other sheets the authority typically expects. Once complete, sign and seal the drawings with your active Texas PE license, provide a clean PDF plus CAD files.
Acceptance criteria
• Every item in the city’s comment letter is resolved.
• Plans clearly document current and proposed safety features and meet 2021 IFC and local zoning standards.
• Deliverables arrive in the formats and quantities listed above.
A first draft within one week would keep us on schedule for the next review cycle. Let’s get this track back in action—safely and fully compliant.
