Subdivision Engineering Specialist

I need a skilled subdivision engineer to manage the following tasks:
Site Grading: Prepare the land for development, ensuring proper slope and drainage.
Utility Design: Plan and design utility layouts, including water, sewage, and electricity.
Stormwater Management: Develop systems to control and manage stormwater runoff.
Regulatory Compliance: Must adhere to local building codes, environmental regulations, and zoning laws.
Preliminary Work: A site survey has been completed; no environmental assessment done.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Civil engineering degree
- Experience with subdivision projects
- Knowledge of local regulations
- Strong design and planning skills
