NC Structural Stamp for Container Plans
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I already hold a complete set of engineering drawings for a commercial shipping-container building that will go up in North Carolina. The design is essentially finished—only a few tweaks remain—so what I now require is a North Carolina–licensed structural engineer to review the package and place your professional seal on it.
You would receive the full drawing set (DWG and PDF), structural calculations, and supporting documents. After confirming the plans comply with the current NC Building Code and any local amendments, incorporate any minor edits you find necessary and add your structural PE stamp.
Deliverables
• Signed & sealed PDF drawing set, ready for permit submission
• Brief review memo summarizing revisions and code checks
I can turn around answers or additional files quickly and would appreciate a prompt completion so I can submit to the authority having jurisdiction without delay. Familiarity with container construction standards and North Carolina permitting requirements is essential.
