I need a qualified structural engineer to conduct a thorough inspection and assessment of a commercial building that has been in use for several years.

We are looking to do about 150-170 six inch holes in concrete. We are needing the wholes for the heat of the hvac units we are installing to go out the top of the building by a fan. We are needing to pull permit and are needing inspection
