Structural Design for Villa

I need a qualified structural engineer for a standalone villa project. You will perform full structural analysis and design per ACI Code using ETABS.

Key tasks:
- Structural modeling and analysis using ETABS.
- Design of foundation, columns, slabs, beams, and staircase.
- Generate a comprehensive structural design report (calculation note).
- Prepare detailed structural drawings in AutoCAD, ready for construction.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in ETABS
- Strong background in structural engineering principles
- Experience with rocky soil conditions
- Familiarity with ACI Code and construction drawing preparation
- AutoCAD expertise
