School Opening Project Manager
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking an experienced project manager to build one new school out in Asana so we can duplicate the process. The new school lifecycle will span from two years pre-opening to two months post-opening. This is what we need built out.
Key Responsibilities:
- build out a project for one full opening that we can duplicate up to 45 openings
- preconstruction to construction, to turnover to operations preopening, to opening date, running sustainability
- Facility Management - we have already and needs to be incorporated
- Staff Recruitment - we have already and needs to be incorporated
- Marketing Plan integration - we have already and needs to be incorporated
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in building within Asana PM construction and operations projects, especially in the education sector.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in openings
