Roof Replacement Blueprint Design

I need a detailed blueprint to submit to the city for a full roof replacement, due to hail and wind damage. The insurance claim for the replacement has already been approved.

Requirements:
- Current roof type: Asphalt shingles
- Roof area: 2000-3000 sq ft
- Must include: Skylights, Chimney, Roof Vents, and a Casita with the same roofing system
- Decking removal required to install the new roof to code
