Restaurant Electrical Bid Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m handling the electrical scope on a small restaurant renovation and need a clear, line-item bid that I can fold straight into my master quote. The job covers the full premises—interior and exterior—and includes:
• Installing new branch circuits, receptacles, and dedicated appliance outlets
• Upgrading portions of the existing service and distribution (panel work, feeders, grounding)
• Supplying and hanging all specified lighting fixtures, both decorative and task, tied into new and existing controls
Everything must meet the current National Electrical Code (NEC). Please base your numbers on furnishing labor, wire, conduit, boxes, trim, breakers, fixtures, mounting hardware, and any permit or inspection fees.
In your submission, break out material vs. labor, call out assumptions (load calculations, fixture counts, panel size, trenching, etc.), and note expected lead times. If you see cost-saving alternatives, flag them separately so I can present options to the owner.
A concise PDF or spreadsheet is fine; I just need enough detail to issue purchase orders and schedule crews.
