Residential Superstructure Estimation & BBS
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My residential building has reached the superstructure stage and I need precise quantity estimation together with a full Bar Bending Schedule. The work is limited to the superstructure only—columns, beams, slabs, staircases, lintels, parapets, every element that sits above the plinth.
Concrete and steel are the only materials involved, so I expect thorough take-offs of both: cubic metres of concrete broken down by member and a steel schedule showing bar marks, diameters, cut lengths, shape codes and total weights. I will supply the structural drawings in PDF/DWG and can clarify any notes on reinforcement detailing before you start.
Deliverables
• Excel (or compatible) sheet with clear, item-wise concrete quantities
• Separate Excel sheet for the BBS, auto-summed by bar diameter and floor level
• Marked-up drawings or screenshots that tie bar marks back to the plans, ensuring the schedule is traceable
Acceptance will be based on spot-checks of quantities against the drawings and a balanced steel summary that aligns with standard lapping and cover requirements. I’m ready to share the files immediately and would like a quick, yet accurate turnaround.
