Residential Structural Oversight
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m about to break ground on a new residential build and need a licensed structural engineer to keep an expert eye on construction from day one through final sign-off. The design is complete; what I’m missing is ongoing construction oversight to be sure every beam, column, connection and slab is installed exactly as drawn, compliant with local codes and ready for inspection.
You’ll coordinate directly with my contractor, review shop drawings and material submittals, make periodic site visits, flag any deviations early, and issue clear written recommendations that the crew can act on immediately. When unforeseen field conditions pop up, I’ll look to you for quick sketches or stamped clarifications so work never stalls.
Deliverables
• Kick-off review of approved structural plans
• Site-visit reports with photos and actionable notes (frequency to be agreed)
• Written confirmation of compliance for each major structural milestone (footings, framing, roof)
• Final report certifying the structural work meets the design intent and code requirements
