I already have complete architectural plans for a new residential building and now need a structural specialist to take them the rest of the way.
Your tasks will be to:
• Review the architectural set and confirm loads and grids.
• Perform full structural analysis and design in line with recognized building codes.
• Produce detailed shop drawings for all structural elements—foundations, beams, slabs, columns, reinforcement schedules—delivered in both DWG and PDF.
• Prepare a comprehensive quantity take-off and cost estimate (BOQ) in Excel.
