I'm seeking an experienced Project Management Consultant based in PCMC or Pune for a residential project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in post-construction liaisoning and will be responsible for obtaining all necessary government approvals, utility connections, and handling property documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Securing Building Completion Certificate, Occupancy Certificate, and Environmental Clearance
- Coordinating utility connections
- Managing all property documentation and many more.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong network with local government bodies
- Prior experience in residential projects
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
