Residential Construction Site Management

I am seeking a qualified professional to manage and oversee a residential construction project currently in the construction phase. The primary material used for the structure is concrete, and the role involves a variety of responsibilities to ensure the project is executed smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly and monthly work schedules to meet client requirements.
- Inspect and verify work measurements and ensure execution as per the latest plans.
- Record and manage extra items not listed in the work order or contract.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and subordinates to execute work according to drawings and within the provided time frame.
- Collaborate with other agencies such as waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical service providers for seamless project progress.
- Examine and monitor RCC work and Mivan formwork, including footing, raft, retaining wall, column, and slab as per schedule.
- Execute and quantify all concrete work, including checking block work and shuttering for columns, slabs, and retaining walls.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in residential construction project management.
- Strong understanding of concrete structures and RCC work.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with various teams and agencies.
- Excellent organizational and scheduling skills.
- Attention to detail in inspecting and verifying construction work.
