Buildxact Cloud Application Setup – Residential Construction Estimator Required

Project Description:

We are looking for an experienced construction estimator with proven expertise in Buildxact to set up our company’s Buildxact cloud environment.

The project includes:
• Setting up estimate templates aligned with our building phases
• Uploading and configuring supplier catalogues (materials, fixtures, fittings, etc.)
• Creating recipes for repeatable construction items and assemblies

Requirements:
• Extensive hands-on experience using Buildxact for residential construction projects
• Strong understanding of estimating workflows, cost structures, and material take-offs
• Ability to configure templates and catalogues for practical on-site use
• Experience working with Australian residential construction standards preferred

• An IT professional without construction estimating experience
• A writer, academic, or consultant unfamiliar with construction software
• A general freelancer with no Buildxact or estimating background

Ideal Candidate:

A current or former construction estimator, building company estimator, or project coordinator who has previously implemented Buildxact.
