You will work from the current drawings, contractor quotes, and site progress photos I provide, and translate them into a detailed, measurable breakdown. Typical software such as CostX, Buildsoft, or a well-structured Excel workbook is fine as long as the calculations are transparent.
Deliverables I expect:
• A fully itemised cost estimate (labour, materials, preliminaries, contingencies) aligned with the latest construction set
• An executive summary showing total forecast cost, variance against my original budget, and any high-risk line items
• Source files so I can update figures if market rates shift later
