Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m seeking a qualified quantity surveyor to prepare a detailed cost estimate for a new-build residential project in the UK. The scheme is still at the planning and design stage, so I need reliable figures that will guide both final design decisions and financing discussions.
What I expect from you
• A full cost breakdown covering labour, materials, prelims, overheads, and profit
• Clear assumptions, rates, and measurement methods so the figures can be audited or updated later
• A concise summary sheet that highlights the overall construction cost, contingency allowances, and any exclusions
You may work in CostX, Bluebeam, Excel or your preferred QS software—accuracy and transparent methodology are what matter most. If you also offer material take-off or tender documentation support, let me know; those services may be added once the estimate is signed off.
Turnaround: I’d like the first draft within one week of appointment, with up to two revisions for clarification.
