G+15 Quantity Estimation Needed
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have two residential towers (G + 15 each) and need a clear, verifiable take-off for three key work fronts, all derived from the project’s AutoCAD package. The DWG set already contains floor plans plus the main sections and elevations, so you will not be piecing information together—only reading, interpreting, and quantifying it.
Scope of measurements
• Waterproofing – Toilets, balconies and the refuge floor only.
• External painting – All exterior walls, balconies and railings.
• Internal painting – Complete wall and ceiling areas of every flat and common corridor.
• Concrete/RMC – Footings to roof-slab volume for both towers, including columns, beams, slabs and stair cores.
Deliverables I expect
1. An unlocked Excel workbook showing area/volume build-ups for each item, clearly linked to drawing references.
2. A brief method note explaining the assumptions, factors and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Navis, Bluebeam) you used so the numbers can be audited.
3. A marked-up PDF (or DWF) highlighting every zone measured.
Accuracy matters—ratios or thumb rules will be rejected. Please work directly from the model space and confirm that quantities tie back to the drawing scale. If anything is unclear in the DWGs, drop me a note first rather than guessing; I will provide clarifications immediately.
