Procore Estimating Setup & Training
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 AUD
Procore’s Estimating module is enabled in my account, yet it is still a blank slate. The task is to configure that space so I can generate accurate quantity take-offs and push a clean, fully cost-coded budget straight into the rest of my Procore workflow.
Scope of work
- Import current project drawings and organise them for easy take-off.
- Build or refine my cost-code structure, assemblies and pricing library so it mirrors the chart of accounts I already use.
- Demonstrate the full estimating flow: create measurements, apply unit costs, review mark-ups, then convert the estimate into a live project budget and (if time permits) a bid package.
Deliverables
• A fully configured Estimating workspace inside my Procore company.
• One sample estimate for an active project, showing quantities, unit prices and total cost.
• A concise, step-by-step guide (PDF or Word) that my team can follow for future projects.
Access to a Procore sandbox will be provided along with real project files. Screen-share sessions are preferred so I can see exactly how each step is completed, and I’ll be available to answer questions in real time.
Experience with Procore Estimating—or documented estimating projects completed inside Procore—is essential. Please include a brief note on similar projects and an estimated timeline for delivering the items above.
