Primavera P6 Construction Schedule Revision
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m running a live construction project and the Primavera P6 schedule now needs a careful refresh. The work is already in the execution phase, so I’m looking for someone who can jump straight into the current .xer file, bring every activity up to date, and make sure the plan fully reflects what is happening on-site.
Here’s what I need you to tackle:
• Updating timelines – insert the latest progress, adjust remaining durations, and realign milestones so float and critical paths are accurate.
• Resource allocation – re-level labour, equipment, and subcontractor usage to avoid overloads or idle time while keeping cost codes intact.
• Risk management – review the existing risk register in P6, add new field risks we’ve identified, and tie each risk to mitigation activities with realistic probability and impact values.
Deliverables I expect:
1. An updated Primavera P6 schedule file (.xer) with progress, resources, and risks fully integrated.
2. A brief narrative (PDF or Word) explaining major changes to dates, resource leveling decisions, and any risks that shifted the critical path.
3. One exported dashboard (PDF) showing current versus previous baseline, resource histograms, and a risk heat map so I can brief stakeholders quickly.
