Pre-Construction BBS & Take-Off

I’m finalising the pre-construction package for a project and need a quantity surveyor who can step in immediately to prepare a complete Bar Bending Schedule and a detailed material take-off for a G+3 Building. You’re free to work in your own proven format, as long as the files are clear, fully editable and easy to trace back to the latest structural drawings.
I’ll supply the drawings and any design changes as they come; your job is to translate them into an accurate, well-organised schedule that captures every bar mark, length, diameter, lap, splice and allowance, then summarise the tonnage and other materials in a concise take-off sheet. If you prefer Excel, RebarCAD or similar tools, just let me know—compatibility with common software is all I need.
Deliverables on handover:
• Bar Bending Schedule (editable workbook or RebarCAD file)
• Comprehensive material take-off sheet, referenced to drawing numbers
