I’m about to launch a large-scale residential build with an overall spend in the $310 million range and I need an experienced construction professional to turn our preliminary concept into a fully executable plan.
What I need from you right away
• A realistic master schedule with clearly defined milestones and critical path
• A cost breakdown structure that maps spend to work packages and shows projected cash flow by month/quarter
• A concise register of permits, code requirements, and safety obligations so nothing slips through the cracks
• An initial risk log highlighting the top exposures and recommended mitigation actions
