Oneida Proposal

There is land on a native reserve that is held in trust by a company and we want to approach them with a proposal to use their land to set up a recycling facility. We will be receiving truckloads of soil and construction debris, sorting it and reclaiming whatever material we can for resale and/or properly disposing of items we can't reclaim.

The project would commence ideally as soon as we get approval and would continue indefinitely. We would likely sign a 1-year lease to begin with and then following that we would sign a 5-year lease. They currently lease the land to a lady who grows corn to feed her cows for around $40,000/year. We will be offering them roughly $100,000 per year in addition to committing to building a set amount of homes on the reserve each year to help tackle homelessness in the area.

I've uploaded a copy of a rough draft that we wrote up. Ideally the proposal could be roughly 5-10 pages long.
