Oil & Gas Planning Engineer
Budget: ₹5,000,000 – ₹0 INR
I’m managing multiple mid- to large-scale oil & gas construction packages and need a seasoned planning engineer who can drive the entire scheduling function with MS Project as the primary platform (Primavera P6 skills are still welcome for client interfaces).
Your day-to-day work will cover full WBS development, resource loading and leveling, S-curve generation, progress monitoring, delay analysis, recovery programme creation, and ongoing coordination with both site teams and client representatives. Advanced Excel dashboards and clear MIS reporting are essential so that management receives concise, data-driven insights.
Key deliverables
• Baseline Schedule fully aligned with contractual milestones and BOQ quantities
• DPR, WPR & MPR issued on time with accurate earned-value metrics
• Two-week and monthly Look-Ahead Plans highlighting critical activities and resource needs
All submissions must be in MS Project (native .mpp) plus PDF export, with supportive Excel sheets where relevant. I’ll review the first baseline for logic, float, and resource balance; acceptance is confirmed once the client signs off. Subsequent reports should track variance consistently against that baseline.
If you’ve successfully handled similar oil & gas builds and can communicate findings clearly to both field staff and executives, I’d like to work together.
