Two new toilets have to be fitted in my home, replacing the existing ones that are being removed the same day. The task is plumbing-only: shut off the supply, remove the old wax ring and hardware, install the new bowls and tanks on a standard 12-inch rough-in, hook up the supply lines, then test for a steady, leak-free flush.
The shut-off valves are accessible, the workspace is clear, and on-site parking is available. I will dispose of the old fixtures; you only need to focus on the installation itself. Please come equipped with the usual tools, fresh wax seals, bolts, a level, and silicone.
Deliverables
• Both toilets securely mounted, leveled, and flushing without leaks
• Floor area wiped clean, debris bagged and set aside
• Short note on any plumbing issues you notice during the job
