NEW SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL 3000 SF | WEST LA

Experienced Construction Manager needed for new 3000 SF 3 story home to assist architect acting as Owner Builder.

WE DO NOT NEED A GC; we have already contacted most trades and secured framing and concrete.

NEED HELP WITH:

All project scheduling and job site coordination, inspections including:

Planning

Preconstruction

Budgeting

Scheduling

Bid Management

Risk Management

Construction Phase Defect Inspections

General Quality Control

Project Close-Out, Punch Phase, and Final on CofO

This is a PART-TIME JOB, 10-20 hours per week; prefer a fixed monthly fee with terms set for additional services as required.

Again WE DO NOT NEED A GC; this is an Owner Builder effort.
