• Full civil and structural delivery: excavation, slab or footing system, steel or timber framing, roofing, and exterior envelope.
• Rough-in services: electrical, plumbing, HVAC laid out to local code.
• Interior and exterior finishes: insulation, drywall, flooring, façade treatments, painting, fixtures, and final landscaping.
• Compliance & coordination: secure permits, schedule inspections, and manage subcontractors so every stage passes code the first time.
Acceptance criteria
1. All structural, MEP, and finish work must meet current building regulations and the approved drawings.
2. Inspections signed off at each milestone, culminating in a certificate of occupancy.
3. Turnkey delivery on the agreed timeline with documented warranties for workmanship and installed systems.
