Material Estimation & Quantity Surveyor for Construction Project

We are looking for an experienced Material Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to prepare a detailed material take-off and BOQ for our Australian residential construction project.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate material estimation (BOQ)
• Quantity take-off using plans/drawings
• Follow Australian construction standards
• Provide output in Excel with clear breakdowns
• Identify materials, quantities, units.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in Australian building projects
• Knowledge of Bluebeam / PlanSwift / Cubit / CostX
• Strong understanding of construction drawings
• Accuracy and attention to detail

Deliverables:
• Detailed BOQ in Excel
• Material take-off for all trades (as per scope)
• Clarifications if required
