Magna Park, Lutterworth

I need a construction manager for an internal racking fit out for 3-4 months in Magna Park South, Lutterworth. This is a CDM site so you will be managing our racking and fit out contractors to ensure compliance to CDM regs, under another Principal Contractor. You will also act as the point of contacts for deliveries, and inspect all deliveries for completeness and damage, then coordinate storage and security of materials on site.
The site hours are 7:30 to 5:30 Mon-Fri paying 10 hours a day. Must be experienced at Construction Site Management within CDM regulations. You will need to be organised and able to deliver toolbox talks to the contractors, and able to challenge working practice in a respectful way, where these practices fall short of our expectations for health and safety standards.
The project will run from early November 2023 to end Feb 2024 for approximately 13 weeks at £200 -£250 a day, based on experience.
