Because this is an upgrade rather than a full new installation, the main hurdle is securing the proper commercial electrical permit from Kauai County. I need a Hawaii-licensed electrician who can put their license on the application, submit the paperwork, respond to any plan-check questions, and close the permit after final inspection.
My crew will handle the physical work on site; your contribution is focused on the permitting process and any clarifications the county requests.
