NY Licensed PE for Commercial Construction
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m preparing a commercial construction project in New York State and I must work with a Professional Engineer who already holds a current NY PE license. The immediate need is to secure compliant, stamped documents so the permit office clears us to break ground, and to have an engineer available for construction-phase questions.
Because the job is construction-focused, I’m looking for someone who is comfortable reviewing and, when required, revising the existing architect’s drawings, coordinating any civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical details that the scope calls for, and sealing the final set. A site visit during the initial stage may be necessary to confirm field conditions and satisfy local inspectors.
Deliverables:
• NY-stamped drawings ready for permit submission
• A brief calculation package (PDF) supporting the stamp
• Written responses to any municipal plan-checker comments
Acceptance criteria are simple: the permit office must accept the package on first submission, and any follow-up questions during construction should be answered within two business days.
