Infrastructure Drawings Review by Civil Engineer
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I'm looking for a qualified Civil Engineer to review infrastructure drawings, including both shop drawings and design drawings, for a large-scale residential development project.
Scope of Work:
- Review and verify civil and infrastructure shop drawings (roads, utilities, drainage, water, sewage, telecom, etc.).
- Review design drawings to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Provide clear comments, markups, and recommendations for improvements or corrections.
- Ensure coordination between different disciplines (civil, structural, MEP, landscape).
- Verify quantities, dimensions, and technical details in the drawings.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in reviewing infrastructure drawings (preferably in large residential or urban development projects).
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related software.
- Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) or international standards is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver professional review reports within agreed timelines.
Deliverables:
- Reviewed and marked-up drawings (PDF/DWG).
- Summary report highlighting issues, risks, and recommendations.
