Infrastructure Cost Estimation Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I need a detailed cost estimate for an upcoming infrastructure package that will cover electrical and plumbing networks as well as all excavation, services and road works. The end product should let me see quantities, unit rates and overall costs broken down clearly enough to feed straight into our budgeting process. This project is in British Columbia, Canada
You will work from the drawings, preliminary schedules and material specifications I provide, then build a structured Bill-of-Quantities (BoQ) that identifies labour, plant and material costs line-by-line. Where market rates are assumed, note your data sources; if allowances or contingencies are used, state your logic so I can tweak figures easily.
Because an accurate bottom-line is critical, I will shortlist only freelancers whose profiles already demonstrate real-world infrastructure estimating experience—please highlight comparable projects rather than sending a generic portfolio.
Deliverables
• Editable spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with BoQ and subtotals
• Short written summary outlining key cost drivers, assumptions and any exclusions
• One round of revisions after my internal review
