Hire Construction PM St Kitts
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m looking for an experienced construction project manager who is already based in St Kitts and Nevis. My immediate need is for someone who can help me identify and secure viable residential and commercial build opportunities on the islands, then transition straight into managing those jobs from ground-break through hand-over.
Here’s what success looks like to me: within the first month you will have presented a shortlist of qualified projects, complete with initial feasibility notes and stakeholder contacts. Once we green-light a site, you’ll move into full project oversight—coordinating contractors, liaising with local authorities, and keeping me updated on progress and risks. If you’re also comfortable taking the lead on budgeting, scheduling, or on-site quality checks, that versatility will be a plus, but the priority is sourcing and steering the work.
Local knowledge of permitting requirements and supplier networks is essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly with both regional crews and overseas investors. By the end of each project I expect a tidy close-out package: as-built documentation, cost summary, and a brief lessons-learned report.
