I am mandated by my government to identify an international development partner—ideally a reputable Singapore-based firm—to take on construction management for two upcoming initiatives: a new parliamentary housing estate focused on residential units for members of parliament, and a provincial parliament complex.

What I need right now is guidance and warm introductions, not design work. Your expertise should steer me toward companies with a proven record in construction management, particularly the scheduling and coordination side of large-scale public projects. I will handle the formal outreach; you help me pinpoint the right candidates, package their credentials, and initiate a productive conversation.

• Deliver a concise, vetted shortlist of no fewer than three Singapore firms that specialise in end-to-end scheduling and coordination for government or institutional builds.
