Experienced Construction Manager / Owner's Representative Needed for Full Home Addition & Renovation (New Jersey)
Budget: $50,000 – $100,000 USD
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager or Owner's Representative to oversee the substantial addition and renovation of an existing single-family home in New Jersey.
The architectural and engineering phases are being completed separately. We are looking for someone to take over once the construction documents are finalized and manage the project through permitting, procurement, demolition, construction, inspections, and final completion.
We intentionally want to keep the scope flexible to allow qualified professionals to explain how they would approach the project and what services they provide after the design phase.
Experience with New Jersey residential construction, municipal permitting, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and project closeout is essential.
