Bonito Painting Inc. is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team remotely. We specialize in interior and exterior painting projects (commercial and residential) in the California area and need someone to help us streamline our bidding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate "take-offs" from blueprints and site photos.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, material, and equipment requirements.
Utilize software to generate professional proposals for our clients.
Maintain organized records of estimates and project scopes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in construction estimation, specifically in painting and finishing trades.
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and specifications.
Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., [Bluebeam, Bigin, Togal, Excel]).
Professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal) to communicate project scopes and requirements.
Ability to work in or adapt to Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Experience with the US construction market is a plus.
