Expandable House Structural Drawings
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I'm seeking detailed structural drawings for an expandable house. I have drawings of the plans and also the foundations (concrete footing placement), However I need a RPEQ (Registered Professional Engineer QLD) Stamp approval for gladstone council.
I need to be Complient in the following areas.
- Foundation
- Framing
- Roof Structure
- Wind Rating Compliance
- Tie Down
- Cyclone Proofing
I will also need a need a Builder Certifier to:
- Review plans
- Inspect footings, frame, plumbing, and final install
- Issue a Form 21 – Final Inspection Certificate
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in residential structural engineering
- Familiarity with local building codes
- Experience with expandable or modular housing designs
- Proficiency in wind rating and cyclone-proofing requirements
