Electrical Contract Scope Clarification
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m midway through a construction build and the electrical section of our contract has a few grey areas that could cause costly delays if we don’t resolve them now. I need an experienced electrical engineer who can focus on clarifying contract-related questions rather than redesigning circuits or issuing new drawings. The job is all about interpreting what’s already on paper and making sure every task, responsibility and compliance requirement is unambiguous before we break ground on the electrical phase.
What I expect from you:
• A detailed, plain-language summary that explains each clause affecting electrical works—design intent, installation responsibilities, inspection points and hand-over requirements.
• An annotated copy of the contract highlighting unclear or conflicting language, with suggested revisions that align with industry standards and local construction codes.
• A brief call (or written Q&A) to walk me through your findings so I’m confident when I negotiate final terms with the contractor.
You should be comfortable reading construction contracts, familiar with typical scope wording for circuit design, installation & maintenance and systems analysis, and up-to-date on relevant IEC/NFPA or local code references.
