I have a complete Bill of Quantities for a villa interior fit-out in Dubai and I need it priced accurately against current UAE market rates. The document covers every trade, yet I want special attention paid to joinery, flooring and lighting while still capturing all remaining interior items so the final figures reflect the full scope.
You will work directly in my Excel BOQ, filling in unit rates and calculated totals for each line. Rates must mirror what reputable Dubai contractors and suppliers are charging today, with allowances for luxury-grade materials and finishes when stated. Where an item seems unclear or missing, flag it and suggest a realistic provisional sum.
Deliverables
• Excel file returned with quantities, unit rates (AED), line totals and overall summary automatically tallied.
• A brief note section explaining any assumptions, clarifications or provisional sums you introduced.
• Confirmation that your pricing aligns with standard Dubai contractor practices and is benchmarked this quarter.
