I am seeking a professional to assist with the design of a stone retaining wall at 1 Melroy Close, Mount Rascal, Toowoomba. The wall will be 2.5 metres high and 40 metres long, intended to create an elevated platform for building a house. As the plot is listed as a slip zone in the council records, council approval is necessary.
