Deen Dayal Site Supervision
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
I have an approved Deen Dayal residential plotting scheme that is now moving from paperwork to ground-work. All drawings, quantities and contractor teams are in place; what I need during execution is disciplined, part-time site supervision from a qualified civil engineer.
Each scheduled visit (likely three or four times per week, but flexible around work fronts) should focus on:
• Checking that every activity matches the sanctioned drawings and layout,
• Guiding the contractor and workers immediately when clarifications are needed,
• Flagging any deviation early and issuing corrective sketches or notes.
After every visit I expect a brief, well-structured report summarising progress, photos, test results if any, and a clear “OK / Corrective action” status for each work item—roads, drainage, water-supply trenches, plot demarcations, levels and compaction. E-mail the report the same day so I can act on it quickly.
Between visits, quick phone or video consultation keeps the site team unblocked. All guidance must stay consistent with the approved Deen Dayal design and applicable PWD/IRC codes.
Scope continues until core infrastructure is completed; extension for later stages is possible if collaboration runs smoothly.
